(lo)Weronika's journey from the big city life to the self-sufficient off-the-grid healthy being

MAIN GOALS
Developing independent self-sufficient OFF THE GRID life at the clean Ocean, in the Sun. Never forgetting to love and respect the environment. Freeing the mind & body. Being the change.

Weronika Maria Kostrzewa was created by the Universe (with help of her loving each other Mom & Dad) somwehere close to Africa, on a big boat at the Atlantic Ocean in 1986. The healthy creation (that supposed to be a boy) was born 9 months later (25.04.1987) in Poland and got names: Weronika Maria. Just 3 weeks later Weronika was already camping wild (well, together with her parents). That is probably how the vagabonda-soul was injected into her mind for good. She went to a small primary school sourrounded by fileds, forests and happy animals (in front of her home the caws used to eat grass everyday - that was normal but it stopped some years ago when the local farms closed and were taken over by the industrial monofactories). She was best student for many years, very curious about everything. The only subject she did not enjoy to learn was the Catholic religion by the Polish prists and catechists. She was 13 when she officialy managed to excape the religion classes and started learning about another ethics. When she was 19 years old and graduated the high school in Szczecin city, she did not know what she wants to do with her life yet. Someone said she has to stydy at University and she believed in it. She left home and studied many things, like: psychology, journalism, communication, public relations and other social science at Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland and Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. She thought that lerning all of those subjects will be helpful to the others (originaly she wanted to study medicine but she could not stand the view of the open wounds). In the meanwile she fell in love and experienced beautiful relations but later on her heart was broken and she suffered a lot. She could not understand why this happens but she had discovered something that was helping the understanding. That was a new way of seeing things throught the old philosophies of Buddhism and Hinduism (together with Meditation and Yoga practises). She understood that permanent CHANGE is a natural part of every existance. Awakening in the 21st Century modern World was not easy but beautiful experience. Today Weronika follows the path the Universe had chosen for her without worrying. She thinks that using the modern science together with the old-fashion knowladge (permaculture) can be a good way to come back to the times where humans and other living-beings could enjoy a harmony at the healthy Mother Earth. She may be wrong but she wants to try to be the change we all want to see in the World. LOVE & PEACE. LOWER

THE STORY OF DEVELOPMENT

2012 till today 
Permaculture Design certified student & implementor:
- searching for the land to start self-sufficient off-the-grid farm & retreat center at the Ocean,
- self-practise of the organic food production, no-waste & fair-share life style,
- never ending education of the topic "how to be the change I want to see in the World".

2016 till today
Meditation & YOGA teacher (private classes or small groups only).

2016 till today
Restaurant Supervisor at Martinhal 5-star Beach Resort (Sagres, Portugal):
- managing work of a big capacity Italian restaurant & the team,
- developing new solutions for the existing systems of work. 

2013 - 2016
Manager of Djimalaya Restaurant (Berlin, Germany):
- starting & developing the restaurant working procedures from the scratch,
- supervising the team,
- marketing & events management.

2012
Community Manager for ClickCommunity & korporacja art world (Cracow, Poland):
- social media marketing (campaigns for brands, e.g: Fashion Week Poland, K MAG, L'Oreal, Orsay, Pure, Venezia and more);
- developing the production and testing ClickApps start-up;
- lecturer at the conferences about social media marketing & e-commerce along Poland.

2010 - 2011

- new business development;
- international business negotiations and high budget sales.

Master degree in Journalism & Communication, specialization in Public Relations at Jagiellonian University (Cracow, Poland).

- social media marketing for VICE Guide to Prague;

Volunteer work for OFF Plus Camera International Festival Of Independent Cinema, Cracow Screen Festival & Astigmatic International Music Festival:
- managing press-conferences and the press-offices,
- supervising work at the back-stages, taking care of the artists.

2002 - 2005
President of the 42nd Gymnasium & IX High School Council (Szczecin, Poland):
- official voice & representation of the students inside and outside the school,
- speaker at all the official school events,
- management of the student's events and radio.
